Title: Requirements for Fingerprinting and Criminal History Record Checks for Unescorted Access to Radioactive Material and Other Property 
Abstract: The proposed rule would amend the Commission's regulations to implement requirements for fingerprinting and criminal history record checks for unescorted access to Category 1 and 2 radioactive material and other property as required by section 652 of the Energy Policy Act (EPAct) of 2005, signed into law on August 8, 2005. The proposed rule would also amend the regulations to address physical protection of Category 1 and 2 radioactive material and to address transportation security of these materials.
