Title: Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program 
Abstract: The Office of Personnel Management is issuing final regulations for the Federal Employee Dental and Vision Benefits Enhancement Act of 2004. This law established the dental and vision benefits program for Federal employees, annuitants, and their families which became available to enrollees at the end of 2006. The rules governing the program are effectively established in the contracts that OPM has established with carriers pursuant to the FEDVIP law. These final regulations explain the program rules to affected enrollees and the general public, and provide for the administration of the Program.
