Title: Presidential Management Fellows Program | |
Abstract: After monitoring agencies use of flexibilities introduced to the program in June 2005, OPM is proposing to modify rules. Specifically, OPM proposes to separate the Fellows Program from the Senior Fellows program within part 362; expand the timeframe for agencies to request an extension of a Fellow's appointment; and allow Fellows who have withdrawn from the program because they were unable to complete program requirements to petition OPM or an Agency other than the original employing Agency for reinstatement | |
