Title: Prohibition on Unfair Competition | |
Abstract: Under the Postal Accountability and Enhancement Act, the Postal Service may not establish regulations that effectively create unfair competitive advantages to the Postal Service or any entity funded by the Postal Service. The legislation directs the Commission to establish regulations to ensure that these requirements are not violated. This regulation addresses how the Commission will carry out this congressional mandate. | |
