Abstract: The Commission adopted a new antifraud rule under the Investment Advisers Act that prohibits fraud by investment advisers that provide advice to certain pooled investment vehicles, including hedge funds. The Commission also proposed rules on the definition of accredited investor in those investment vehicles which are now under RIN number 3235-AK21. | |
