Abstract: The Commission adopted amendments to Forms N-SAR and N-CSR under the Exchange and Investment Company Acts to comply with the Sudan Accountability and Divestment Act of 2007. The amendments provide for disclosure by an investment company of its divestment from certain investments in Sudan business operations.
