Abstract: This rule is promulgated to comply with the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007, section 1203. As required, the Administration has developed and coordinated a Governmentwide program, building on the Energy Star for Small Business Program, to assist small business concerns in: (1) Becoming more energy efficient; (2) understanding the cost savings from improved energy efficiency; and (3) identifying financing options for energy efficiency upgrades. | |
