Title: FAR Case 2000-305, Commercially Available Off-the-Shelf Items 
Abstract: This rule amends the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement section 4203 of the Federal Acquisition Reform Act (Pub. L. 104-106) (the Act) with respect to Commercially Available Off-the-Shelf Item Acquisitions. This regulatory action was not subject to Office of Management and Budget review under Executive Order 12866, dated September 30, 1993, and is not a major rule under 5 U.S.C. 804.
