Title: FAR Case 2005-037, Implement OMB Policy on the Use of Brand Name Specifications 
Abstract: This rule amends the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to require agencies to publish on the Governmentwide point of entry (GPE) or e-Buy the documentation required by the FAR to support the use of brand name specifications. This regulatory action was not subject to Office of Management and Budget review under Executive Order 12866, dated September 30, 1993. This rule is not a major rule under 5 U.S.C. 804.
