Title: FAR Case 2006-033, Revisions to the Defense Priorities and Allocations Systems (DPAS) 
Abstract: The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council (Councils) have agreed on a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to reflect the President’s delegation of the Defense Production Act’s priorities and allocations authorities in Executive Order 12919, and to reflect the current provisions of the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) regulations of the Department of Commerce outlined in 15 CFR part 700.
