Title: FAR Case 2006-022, Contractor Performance Information 
Abstract: This proposed rule amends the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to revise the contractor performance information process. It puts into effect the current practices of prudent contracting officers. In addition, the rule provides clearer instruction to contracting officers by restating in a better format the current language.
