Abstract: We revised the regulations in 7 CFR parts 761, 764, and 766 to implement the following sections of the 2008 Farm Bill: section 5003–Limitations on the Amount of Farm Ownership Loans, section 5004–Downpayment Loan Program, section 5102–Limitations on the Amount of Farm Operating Loans, and section 5302–Inventory Sales Preferences, Loan Fund Set-Asides.
