Title: ●Grassland Reserve Program  
Abstract: The Grasslands Reserve Program (GRP) assists landowners and operators in protecting grazing uses and other related conservation values by restoring and conserving eligible grassland and certain other lands through rental contracts and easements. The Department will designate payment for cost share to restore the functions and values of grasslands. An Interim Final Rule was published in the Federal Register on January 21, 2009. The Commodity Credit Corporation will respond to public comment and promulgate a Final Rule for program implementation.
