Title: ●Cotton Classification Services (2009 Crop), CN-09-001 
Abstract: The user fees for cotton crop year 2009 classification services to growers is expected to generate approximately $35 million in revenues. The Agricultural Marketing Service is adjusting the user fees for cotton producers for 2009 in accordance to requirements in the cotton Statistics and Estimates Act as amended by provisions of the 2008 Farm Bill. This adjustment is mandated yearly and must be implemented by USDA on or before June 1.
