Abstract: FSIS is amending its regulations through an affirmation of interim final rule to make clear that country of origin labeling of covered commodities that complies with the Food, Conservation and Energy Act of 2008 and the Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) interim regulations will be generically approved under 9 CFR 317.5 and 9 CFR 381.133
