Abstract: The Department of Commerce publishes this action to modify the Steel Import Monitoring and Analysis (SIMA) system. These modifications would extend the current SIMA system until March 21, 2013. This extension would continue the Department’s ability to track steel imports and make them publicly available in advance of the full trade data release.
