Title: Revisions and Modifications to the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary Regulations  
Abstract: This rulemaking would implement vessel discharge regulations in Federal waters of the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary (FKNMS) to achieve appropriate consistency with State of Florida regulations. The regulation would also make several minor, non-controversial, changes to the FKNMS regulations to clarify the original intent of the regulations and to codify existing practice.
