Title: ●Changes to the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary Regulations; Technical Corrections
Abstract: NOAA is proposing to amend the regulations implementing the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary to make technical corrections and clarifications of intent to several areas in the regulations. NOAA is also correcting an error in which we did not explicitly include certain types of corals in our definition. The FKNMS regulations have not been updated since the designation of the Tortugas Ecological Reserve in 2001.
