Abstract: The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) proposes to revise the rules of practice to eliminate the issuance of paper trademark registration certificates and provide for issuance of electronic certificates that may be reproduced from the USPTOs electronic databases available on the USPTO website. The purpose of the rule change is to streamline USPTO processes and provide faster issuance of registration certificates. | |
