Abstract: The Corps amended its regulatory definition of "discharge of dredged material." This rulemaking was done in response to the January 30, 2007, decision by the United States District Court for the District of Columbia in the National Association of Home Builders et al., v. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers et al. (No. 01-0274).
