| Abstract: This rule adopts the Medicare payment rates for ambulance providers. Ambulance provider payment rates shall be equal to the Medicare fee scheduled rates. The Department is publishing this rule to implement an existing statutory requirement to adopt Medicare payment rates and methodologies for individual or other non-institutional health care providers to the extent practicable, as it applies to ambulance provider payment rates. | |
