Title: Lead System Integrators (DFARS Case 2006-D051)  
Abstract: Amends the Defense FAR Supplement to implement section 807 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2007 and section 802 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008. These provisions place limitations on contractors acting as lead system integrators in the acquisition of major DoD systems.
