Abstract: This rule reinstates 32 CFR part 260 which was removed from the Code of Federal Regulations in 2004 and excepts from applicability military dining facilities that are subject to and defined in section 856 of the John Warner National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2007 (Pub. L. 109-364).
