Abstract: Militarily certifies alien dependents seeking naturalization under the provisions of sections 1430(b) and 1430(c) of title 8, United States Code, and furnishes policy guidance to the Secretaries of the Military Departments governing discharge of release from active duty in the Armed Forces of the United States of permanent residence aliens who desire to be naturalized as United States citizens.
