Abstract: This rule implements policy, assigns responsibilities, and provides procedures for addressing child abuse and domestic abuse in military communities. It prescribes guidelines for Family Advocacy Program (FAP) assessment, clinical rehabilitative treatment, and ongoing monitoring of individuals who have been reported to FAP by means of an unrestricted report for domestic abuse against current or former spouses, or current or former persons with whom an abuser shares a child in common, or current or former intimate partners of the opposite sex with whom an abuser shares or has shared a common domicile. | |
