Abstract: This nonmajor final notice sets forth the StatesÂ’ final and preliminary fiscal year disproportionate share hospital (DSH) payment allotments and States' institutions for mental disease (IMD) DSH limits in the Medicaid program. This notice also announces provisions of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, which revises DSH allotments and extends the Qualifying Individual (QI) program.
