Title: Mineral Lands Available for Locating Lode and Placer Mining Claims and Mill and Tunnel Sites; Special Laws in Addition to FLPMA That Require Recording or Notice
Abstract: This rule will amend the regulations on locating, filing, and maintaining mining claims or sites by consolidating the remaining provisions scattered in various portions of Groups 3700 and 3800 that address lands available for location of mining claims or sites, and certain statutes requiring a mining claimant to meet them in order to maintain claim.
