Title: Revising Blackbird Depredation Order To Remove Rusty Blackbird and Tamaulipas (Mexican) Crow
Abstract: We are revising the Blackbird Depredation Order (50 CFR 21.43), which allows the control of certain blackbird species when they are causing agricultural and other depredations, to remove the Rusty Blackbird, a species of conservation concern due to population declines. We are also removing Tamaulipas (Mexican) Crow, because of its limited distribution in the United States and an apparent decline in its numbers, and making other changes.
