Title: ●Wildlife and Fisheries; Clean Vessel Act Grant Program; Financial Assistance  
Abstract: We are revising our regulations that establish requirements for State participation in the Clean Vessel Act Grant Program authorized by the Clean Vessel Act. We are revising these regulations to make them easier to understand, and also to respond to issues that have arisen in management of the program and were identified in the June 2008 report, “A Review of the Clean Vessel Act (CVA) Program, 1992-2007,” by the Sport Fishing and Boating Partnership Council, a group chartered by the Federal Advisory Committee Act.
