Title: Collection of Natural Products by American Indians and Alaska Natives for Traditional Cultural Purposes 
Abstract: This rule would permit collection of limited quantities of plant and mineral resources in the National Park System by American Indians and Alaska Natives for traditional cultural purposes. Current regulations prohibit these collections and have negatively affected relations with Indian tribes and Alaska natives and Native Hawaiians.
