Title: Historic Preservation Certifications for Federal Income Tax Purposes
Abstract: This rule would rationalize applicable review fees by removing specific amounts from the regulations and allowing amounts to be established via Federal Register notices, clarifying applicability of the Secretary’s “standard for rehabilitation,” and changing the definition of “certified historic structure” to comply with the Pension Protection Act of 2006.
