Title: ●Special Regulations for Grand Teton National Park
Abstract: This rule would designate certain routes in Grand Teton National Park for bicycle use. The routes are segments of multi-use pathways that have been constructed, or are planned for construction, which are parallel to and within 50 feet of park roads. It is necessary because the general regulation for bicycle use off park roads in units of the National Park System requires that a special regulation be promulgated in order to allow bicycle use on trails outside of developed areas. The rule would also close certain waters to fishing; prohibit fishing from bridges and docks; prohibit the use of fish eggs or fish as bait in all waters except the shores of Jackson Lake, allowing only certain dead non-game species; and close all waters except Jackson and Jenny Lake to motorboats, allowing a maximum of 7 ½ hp motors on those lakes.
