Title: Job Training and Placement Program 
Abstract: This rule will simplify and incorporate two sets of regulations into one set to enhance understanding and make provisions more comprehensive. The rule will also add new provisions to address audit concerns. The rule will reduce paperwork burden for tribal contractors, enabling them to integrate vocational training with other tribal goals, e.g., welfare reform.
