Title: Procedures for Hydropower Licensing Hearings and Alternative Conditions and Prescriptions 
Abstract: This rule establishes procedures for trial-type hearings on disputed issues of material fact with respect to conditions and prescriptions developed for inclusion in hydropower licenses issued by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. It also establishes procedures for the submission and consideration of alternative conditions and prescriptions.
