Title: Revision of Privacy Act Regulations 
Abstract: This action adds new Department of the Interior Privacy Act exempt systems of records to the listing of exempt Privacy Act Systems in 43 CFR 2.79. Under 5 U.S.C. 552a(j) and (k), exempt systems must be identified in rulemaking before their Privacy Act system of records notices can be published in the Federal Register. The four Privacy Act systems that will be added are: (1) Incident Management Analysis and Reporting System; (2) Indian Arts and Crafts Board Inquiries and Complaints File; (3) Investigative Files System; and (4) Reclamation Law Enforcement Information Management System. Minor changes to addresses will also be made.
