Title: Affirmative Action and Nondiscrimination Obligations of Contractors and Subcontractors; Contractor Notice-Posting by Electronic Means 
Abstract: This NPRM would revise the regulations at 41 CFR 60-1, 41 CFR 60-4, 41 CFR 60-250, 41 CFR 60-300, and 41 CFR 60-741 concerning posting of EEO Notices and Posters. The rulemaking will address the contractors and subcontractors notice posting requirements of Executive Order 11246, as amended, 41 CFR 60-1.42, 41 CFR 60-4.3(a)7.f., section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, 41 CFR 60-741.5(a)(4), and the Vietnam Era VeteransÂ’ Readjustment Assistance Act, as amended, 41 CFR 60-250.5(a)(9) and 41 CFR 60-300.5(a)(9).
