Title: Schedule of Fees for Consular Services, Department of State, and Overseas Embassies and Consulates 
Abstract: The Department of State proposes to revise the Schedule of Fees for Consular Services to reflect an increase in the surcharge related to consular services in support of enhanced border security. The Secretary of State is authorized to collect such a surcharge by the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2005 (Pub. L. 108-472). This change would be reflected in the schedule of fees for consular services.
