Title: ●Fair Credit Reporting Affiliate Marketing Regulations; Identity Theft Red Flags and Address Discrepancies under the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act of 2003 
Abstract: The Office of Thrift Supervision, together with the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporations, the Comptroller of the Currency, the National Credit Union Administration, and the Federal Trade Commission, plan to issue a final rule to make technical corrections to two previously-issued FACT Act rules. The agencies are making one clarification to the model forms and one clarification to the instructions accompanying the model forms contained in the November 7, 2007 final rules to implement the affiliate marketing provisions of the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act of 2003. The agencies are also making a few technical corrections to the November 9, 2007 final rules to implement the identity theft red flags and address discrepancy provisions of the FACT Act.
