Title: ●Standards Governing the Release of a Suspicious Activity Report 
Abstract: The OCC is proposing to revise its regulations governing the release of non-public OCC information set forth in 12 CFR part 4, subpart C. The primary change being proposed would clarify that the OCC's decision to release a suspicious activity report (SAR) would be governed by the standards set forth in proposed amendments to the OCC's SAR regulation, 12 CFR 21.11(k), that will be published contemporaneously with the part 4 proposal.
