Title: ●Employment Authorization and Verification of Aliens Enlisting in the U.S. Armed Forces 
Abstract: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is amending its regulations governing the employment authorization of aliens and the employment eligibility verification process. This rule provides for employer-specific employment authorization for certain aliens lawfully enlisted into the Armed Forces. This rule is necessary to conform DHS regulations to existing statutory authorities regarding eligibility for enlistment in the Armed Forces.
