Abstract: This rulemaking will make changes to certain requirements for Vessel Response Plans and Marine Transportation Facility Response Plans, and revise the language in the Code of Federal Regulations concerning methods and procedures for removing oil from navigable waters of the United States adjoining shorelines and the Exclusive Economic Zone. This rulemaking supports the Coast Guard's strategic goal of protection of natural resources. | |
