Title: Criminal and Civil Penalties Under the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act 
Abstract: This rule would increase the maximum civil penalty for individuals who knowingly violate any order or regulation issued under the authority of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act from $5,000 to $5,500, as authorized by the Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act of 1990.
