Abstract: FEMA is changing the current Financial Assistance/Subsidy Arrangement (the Arrangement) to provide compensation to companies that are signatory to the Arrangement for expenses incurred in implementing the provisions of the Bunning-Bereuter-Blumenauer Flood Insurance Reform Act (FIRA) of 2004. In recognition of these additional expenses, the Write-Your-Own expense allowance would be increased. | |
