Abstract: These regulations would implement the Migrant Student Information Exchange (MSIX), a congressionally mandated, electronic, national migrant student records exchange mechanism that will allow school staff in different States to electronically exchange basic health and educational information on migrant children to facilitate their timely school enrollment, placement, and accrual of secondary course credits. | |
