Title: ●Student Assistance General Provisions; TEACH Grant, Federal Pell Grant, and Academic Competitiveness Grant, and National Science and Mathematics Access To Retain Talent Grant Programs 
Abstract: The Secretary amends the Department's regulations for the Academic Competitiveness Grant and National Science and Mathematics Access to Retain Talent Grant Programs to implement provisions of the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended by the Ensuring Continued Access to Student Loans Act of 2008 (Pub. L. 110-227) and the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008 (Pub. L. 110-315) (HEOA). To implement statutory changes in the HEOA, the Secretary also amends the regulations in the Student Assistance General Provisions, and the regulations for the Teacher Education Assistance for College and Higher (TEACH) Education Grant Program and the Federal Pell Grant Program.
