Abstract: The Secretary amends the regulations for the International Education Programs to implement the provisions of title VI of the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended by the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008, Pub. L. 110-315. The International Education Programs included in these regulations are: The National Resource Centers Program for Foreign Language and Area Studies or Foreign Language and International Studies; the Foreign Language and Area Studies Fellowships Program; the Undergraduate International Studies and Foreign Language Program; the International Research and Studies Program; the Business and International Education Program; and the Language Resource Centers Program.
