Title: Pipeline Posting Requirements Under Section 23 of the Natural Gas Act 
Abstract: The Commission revised its regulations to require both interstate pipelines and major non-interstate pipelines to post daily information regarding capacity, scheduled flow volumes, and actual flow volumes. The Commission also requires interstate natural gas pipelines to post information regarding the provision of no-notice service. The postings will increase price transparency in the interstate natural gas markets by providing information about the supply and demand fundamentals that underlie these markets. (Docket No. RM08-2-000).
