Title: Amendments to Weatherization Assistance Program for Low-Income Persons 
Abstract: The Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 amended the Energy Conservation and Production Act by adding Puerto Rico and the Territories of the United States to the definition of "State" for the purpose of the Weatherization Assistance Program. The amended definition requires that the formula for determining grant amounts be amended in the regulations for the existing Weatherization Assistance Program.
