Abstract: This rulemaking amends the DEAR subchapter B, Acquisition Planning, parts 906, 907, 908, 909, and 911, to include related parts of 952, remove obsolete coverage, update references, and conform to the FAR. If this rule were not issued, the regulation would not conform to the FAR.
