Title: ●Streamlining Laboratory Waste Management in Government Research Laboratories 
Abstract: The Academic Laboratory Rulemaking was published on December 1, 2008. At the time of the rulemaking, the Agency did not have enough information about student populations in government research laboratories to include government research laboratories in the applicability of the final Laboratories Rule. As a result, the Agency is publishing a Notice of Data Availability to publish the data we have on government research laboratories and solicit comment on whether it is accurate, as well as solicit comment on the number of students in government research laboratories.
